In den späten 70 Jahren des 20. Jahrhunderts, hatten zwei Ingenieuere eine Idee. Mit der bevorstehenden Verwendung von LLDPE-Stretchfolie zur Stabilisierung von Paletten haben sie eine halbautomatische Verpackungsmaschine erfunden, die im Vergleich zu den anderen Typen  eine Selbstführung hatte und bewegte sich daher selbständig um die zu verpackende Palette.

Heute haben Herr Angelo Forni und Gianni Bevilaqua mehr als 28.000 Maschinen verkauft. Mit dieser Erfahrung hat Atlanta Stretch S.p.A den mobilen Stretchwickler Sfera entwickelt. Diese Maschine kann in weniger als einer Minute die Palette einwickeln, ganz egal welche Form das Produkt hat, welche Größe oder welches Gewicht. Dank dem mobilen Arm ist die Maschine sehr kompakt und kann Platzsparend verstaut werden.

MARATHON
This is a unique, manually operated, patented machine. The operator guides the machine around the product and the mechanism moves the film carriage up and down, thereby producing perfect wrapping for all types and sizes of products and pallets.
Entry level machine for businesses wrapping a small quantity of pallets per day (<20 Pallets)

 

 

SFERA
Wrapping Robot, with batteries on board, used for wrapping pallets of varied shapes and sizes. It operates in a small area, by means of a guided wheel which follows the outline shape of the product being wrapped.
Provides freedom to wrap at different locations and is capable of wrapping a significant number of pallets per day (>15 < 180 Pallets)

Neos marks a breakthrough innovation in the panorama of semi-automatic stretch wrappers as it does not require the intervention of the operator to hook the film to the pallet performing a fully automatic cycle, without using compressed air and without mechanical options susceptible to wear and tear.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Eigenschaften:

• Die Maschine ist sehr Kompakt und praktisch
• Falls die Maschine nicht benutzt wird, kann man sie platzsparend abstellen
• Es müssen keine besonderen Wartungen durchgeführt werden
• Das Auf- und ablassen des Arms, erfolgt ohne schmierung.
• Durch das Touchscreen kann man verschiedene Funktionen der Wicklung auswählen
• Das Einführsystem der Stretchfolie in den Folienwagen ist unkompliziert
• Die Maschine hat einen geringen Folienverbrauch ( bei durchschnittlicher Nutzung)
• Der mobile Stretchwickler muss nicht Installiert werden. Er muss lediglich in Betrieb genommen werden
• Bei einer Acht-stündigen Belastung schafft der Wickler 200 Paletten
• Die Standardhöhe beträgt 2.050 mm, auf Anfrage kann der mobile Stretchwickler bis zu 3500mm erreichen.
