This line exists of various machines and options produced and supplied by ATLANTA Stretch. Starting with a loading section followed by a system which allignes the pallet with carton boxes. The pallets are transported to the wrapping section where the machine starts with the application of the 4 corners. The system can apply two different lenghts. After that the corners have been applied the wrapping machine wraps the pallet with LLDPE stretchfilm. The pallet will meantime also been closed with a topsheet in order to guarantee the best packaging quality possible.
The machine OMEGA has been equipped with TWO wrapping heads PRS, in order to guarantee the output required by the client. We are proud to say that this is the second line for this specific client.
A well prooven solution for automation which benefits the general reduction of packaging costs.
