A new year has just begun and we can finally reveal some important news about our range of semi-automatic wrapping machines: a small price reduction of the MYTHO series and a new “look” for the SYNTHESI and EVA machines.

The EVA semi-automatic wrapping machine was designed and developed right from the start as an entry level model, continues to be the best choice for small businesses that are looking to make costs savings on the price of the machine and still achieving the best wrap on all loads.
The changes for the EVA semi-automatic model mainly concern the turntable which has been reinforced this improvement has allowed us to both further simplify the unloading process and also any repositioning of the machine during its lifetime.
Furthermore, to reduce warehouse costs, we have chosen to integrate the TP model exclusively on MYTHO and SYNTHESI models.

In order to further improve our offering of semi-automatic wrapping machines, we decided to proceed by merging Synthex and Synthesi models.
The Synthesi machine is the direct result of this rationalisation process. As a consequence it has been possible to improve the level of available added functions on the machine whilst simultaneously enabling savings to be made in the amount of stretch film purchased.
Other important changes to the Synthesi model concern the type of carriages supplied: in addition to the FM (manually adjustable mechanical brake) and FE (electromagnetic brake) models, the Research and Development department has added the OPRS carriage.
The choice of introducing the OPRS (One Pre Stretch) carriage, not only makes the Synthesi semi-automatic wrapping machine more complete, but represents an important step towards the creation of a film pre-stretch system.
The OPRS carriages equipped with a fixed motorised pre-stretch system with two anti-cut polyurethane rollers controlled by means of an electronic operator panel with interchangeable ratios of your choice these range between 150% / 200% / 250%.
The introduction of the OPRS carriage has also enabled a further improvement to the operator panel and the number of storable programs, these increase to 6 when fitted with either the FM or the FE carriages.

To meet the new demands of the market Atlanta Stretch has changed the heights of the optional masts to wrap loads ranging from 2450mm up to 3900mm.
