Rotary arm stretch wrapper operate by placing under the so called rotating arm. The machine arm including the carriage submitting the film revolves ones the start button is pushed and LLDPE Stretch-film is wrapped around the pallet as it rotates.

Machine is supplied with 3 + 1 programs and comes equipped with mechanical brake type film carriage system. It has various options available, including a magnetic (FE) brake type film carriage and some variation in pallet dimensions and heights.

Machine supplied with Max 99 programs, as standard it is equipped with a mechanical brake system with the option to select a film carriage from FE, PRS or PS Power Pre-Stretch systems. Film carriage upgrades can also be retrofitted by means of a simple change and upgrade system, should you find your requirements change in the future. This model can manage a large variation in pallet dimensions and heights. It also has the flexibility to add a range of options and interesting functions to the standard operating panel.
Unlike its competitors, the arm is by gear and not by chain – this has the result of a more sturdy construction, less subject to wear and kickbacks.
The edge of the rotary arm has a shock sensor; thereby anyone on the path of the arm is protected against the risk of accidental impacts.

It can be supplied with a 550mm high, IN and OUT feed conveyor system with loading capability for Forklift trucks or if required pallet lifters. Installed in a transport line, the machine does not need the intervention of the operator unless for changing the reels.

This is the patented version of the family REVOLUTION machines. The TWO carriages mounted on the same rotating arm, enables the user to cover 900mm of the pallet with each and every wrap. Having the advantage of TWO carriages provides the possibility to use only one cutting and clamping system, “less wear and tear” and enables him to change the empty cores from one side of the conveying system, without dangerous trespassing. Or in an even worst situation being forced to walk around to the other side of the wrapping system.
